When registering on the Ferret ID Service, the User is obliged to provide reliable and specific information about himself, including his contact details.
The user is responsible for the operability of the mobile phone number and the e-mail address specified during registration, if it is added to their account after registration.
To communicate with the User to provide the Services, the Ferret ID team can send messages by e-mail (e-mail), messengers (SMS, Viber, Telegram and others) or through calls to the Users mobile phone number.
The User is prohibited from registering more than one account in the Ferret ID Service.
All Services provided through the Service must be used only for legal purposes and not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine and international laws. Do not misuse the Service.
The Privacy Policy of the Ferret ID Service contains information about how we collect and process your personal data, as well as ensure their security when you use the Ferret ID Service.
All information posted on the Service by the User is the property of the User who posted it, and this information will not be transferred to third parties, except as provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
We are not responsible for lost profits, lost income, loss of data, financial losses of the User. We will make every effort, but do not guarantee that the Service will meet the requirements of the User, will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably and without errors, and the results that can be obtained by the User will be accurate and reliable..
We are not responsible for the quality and veracity of the information posted by our users.
We are not responsible for the inability to access the site and for the loss of data and reserve the right to change these Terms of Use.
You need to keep track of these adjustments on a regular basis. We will announce changes to the terms on this page. Changes are not retroactive and take effect no earlier than fourteen days from the date of publication. However, if they are related to the introduction of new functions or amendments to the legislation, they will be applied immediately. If you do not agree to the changes to the terms of use, you must stop using the Ferret ID Service.
Refund conditions: Refunds are provided for paying for a subscription to the Ferret ID Service. Refunds are made only for the first ordered services. For example, if you activated a plan for a user(s), after which you received a refund and re-activated the plan with us, you will not be able to receive a refund for the second order.
You can request a refund only during the first two calendar days after the activation of the plan. A request for a refund and a refund is possible after the first two calendar days after the activation of the plan at the discretion of the Ferret ID service team. Refunds are made minus the commission of payment systems. When paying by VISA and MasterCard, the money is returned to the same card with which the payment was made. After we return the payment, the money appears on the card within 3 banking days, if the payment was made by an individual through a terminal or bank, then the money can be returned to a VISA or MasterCard card of any Ukrainian bank, or in another way, which will be convenient for both parties. Refunds are made within 10 days from the date of application. Refunds will not be made if the Terms of Use are violated. All discounts will be deducted on returns.
If you do not agree to the terms of the refund, you should not start working with the Ferret ID Service.
